Theme of the Retreat:  “Fostering a deeper relationship with yourself, community, and nature”

An invitation to practice and rest in the peaceful, beautiful, rural Ibiza countryside.
A week to slow down, to explore a different rhythm and to benefit from transformational practices, deep rest, delicious food and lovely company.
On this retreat we will explore a synthesis of practices that nourish and support an inward journey through the body both in movement and in stillness.
These practices are based on ancient wisdom along with cutting edge science based knowledge and help us to live from a place of being profoundly connected to our bodies. By being embodied, we can understand ourselves on a deeper level, we can relate to others more skillfully and harmoniously and we awaken to embracing nature as an inherent part of ourselves.
This retreat, is good for us personally, good for all of those we are connected to and good for the planet!

It is held in a stunning, secluded Finca in Santa Gertrudis, Ibiza, which features an outdoor pool as well as an indoor and an outdoor yoga space.

We will offer one 2.5-hour practice in the morning and one 2.5-hour practice in the late afternoon, to leave you some free time to go to the beach, explore the island, or simply relax by the pool. Of course, attendance is not compulsory – this is above all your retreat, if you need more ‘me time’, take it! See the schedule below for more details.

As we want to make this retreat as personal as possible, spaces are limited to maximum 13 people.

Schedule:

Saturday 16th May is arrival day, you can arrive any time after midday and use the facilities (pool and yoga shala), we will have dinner together at 19h30

Sunday to Friday:
8h30-11h: Morning Practice (yoga flow, mindfulness, positive neuroscience)
11h: Brunch
12h – 16h30: Free time
16h30-19h: Afternoon practice (soft flow/somatic/yin yoga, mindfulness, creative process, nature walks)
19h30: Dinner

Saturday 23rd May is departure day, we will have breakfast together, the premises need to be vacated by midday.

Price: 995€ per person

The price includes:

  • accommodation in a shared twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom
  • all classes (5hrs of practice a day)
  • vegetarian brunch everyday (with vegan options)
  • 4 catered vegetarian/vegan dinners ( 2 nights are left free to eat out in restaurants during the week and on the last night we eat out together)
  • tea & coffee all day
  • free use of the kitchen
